I tailor packages to suit the challenge and the individual. Cookie-cutter solutions can work fine, but in my experience, the best results are achieved by looking beyond the fundamentals (goals, timelines, budgets and resources etc) at factors like your learning and work style, your values and your strengths and weaknesses before creating a solution that will work for you now and into the future. Working this way is more time intensive for sure, but it means I get to go deep rather than wide, and am able to give my clients my very best care and attention.
